Devils Tower National Monument.   The monument offers many attractions.    Hiking trails, evening campfire talks,    ample opportunity for nature watching, a   one mile walk around the base of   Devils Tower, the bookstore and   museum are just a few of the activities.


A local climbing guide located  within minutes of Lytle Creek Inn is available for those who would like the challenge of climbing Devils Tower.

 

  • The Black Hills.  Lytle Creek Inn Bed and Breakfast is located from 1-2 hours driving time of the Black Hills and its many attractions:  Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Bear Country, the Sturgis Rally and of course Deadwood, South Dakota for those who like to visit and try their luck at the casinos. 

 

  • Hulett, Wyoming.   Nationally know for "Ham N Jam" hosted annually the second Wednesday of every August during the Sturgis Rally is just 15 minutes away.  The 61st Annual Hulett Rodeo will be held June 14th and 15th and the Red Cliff's Jamboree Blue Grass Festival is September 6th.  Check out the Hulett, Wyoming website for additional wonderful, fun filled activities for the entire family.

 

  • Outdoor Activities!  Just up the road on Lytle Creek is the Bear Lodge National Forest with Cook Lake Recreation Area which features a couple of nice hiking/biking trails, Cliff Swallow Trail and Cook Lake Trail.  To the west is Keyhole State Reservoir for those who like to fish and play in the water.  Enjoy fishing at nearby Beulah, Wyoming in Sand Creek, one of Wyoming's great trout streams.

 

  • Vore Buffalo Jump.  Just a 45 minute drive away from Lytle Creek Inn is an archaeological site of the Late-Prehistoric Plans Indians near Beulah, Wyoming.  Definitely a must see!
